75 SURRENDER — Draft Privacy Policy
A free discipleship tool
75 SURRENDER is permanently free: no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls or monetization. External Bible services are independent and have their own interfaces, terms and privacy practices.
Your local records
Your journey preferences, daily commitments and guard responses, journal and Surrender Moments are stored locally on your device or browser. The app does not automatically sync these records to its own cloud service. Your operating system, browser or device backup services may handle backups and diagnostics under their own settings and policies. Device loss, app deletion, clearing browser storage or storage failures can remove local records.
Faith reflections, personal guard responses and lifestyle choices may be sensitive. Only record what you are comfortable keeping on this device. Opening a mission-page Bible link records that you opened it; it does not verify reading, belief or salvation.
The app does not add a journal password or encrypt every local record itself. Device security and browser access controls are separate from password protection for exported backups. Anyone with access to your unlocked device or browser profile may be able to see your local entries. Do not treat the journal as a confidential counseling service.
Backups and sharing
You choose whether to export or restore a backup. Password-protected backups use AES-256-GCM encryption with a key derived using PBKDF2-SHA256. Older unprotected backups contain readable private records. Keep protected files and passphrases safe; losing the passphrase prevents recovery. Copies you export remain wherever you choose to save or share them, including third-party storage.
Accountability sharing is voluntary. Journal and prayer details are not included by default. Review any message and recipient before sharing. Other apps and recipients handle information under their own policies.
Reminders and external services
Local reminders are opt-in and depend on device permissions and operating-system scheduling. Scripture links open external NIV passages; the external Bible service receives requests under its own privacy practices. Web hosting, app stores, operating systems and diagnostic services may process network or device metadata separately from the app’s local records. Their actual collection and retention must be reviewed before distribution.
The public app download page loads a QR-rendering script from unpkg.com, a third-party CDN. Loading that script sends a network request to that service; its logging and retention need owner review. These standalone privacy and support pages do not contain a submission form or load that script.
Managing your information
Use the app’s settings and backup controls to manage your journey. A challenge reset is not a guarantee of erasing all historical records. Deleting app/browser data does not delete exported files or copies held by recipients. Local recovery copies and journal history can remain after a challenge reset. Operator retention periods and applicable legal rights still need owner review.
Contact and policy status
Send privacy questions to privacy@75surrender.com. Emailing support or privacy voluntarily sends your message and email address through your email provider and the recipient’s service. Do not include private journal content, a backup file or its password unless you deliberately choose to disclose it. Mailbox delivery, access, retention and response practices must be verified by the owner; no response time, jurisdiction, street address or legal approval is asserted here.
For app help, visit Support. The owner must review hosting and diagnostics, the actual signed app’s SDKs, Apple privacy disclosures and encryption classification before approving this draft for distribution.
