75 SURRENDER is permanently free, with no ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls or monetization. Help, private backups and the reading plan are not paid upgrades.

Include the app version/build, your iPhone and iOS version (or browser), what you tried and what happened. You may include a screenshot after removing private information. Mailbox delivery and response arrangements require owner verification; no response time is promised.

Before you troubleshoot

Do not delete the app or clear browser storage to fix a problem before securing a backup. Your journey is stored locally; an earlier recovery copy cannot protect against device loss or app deletion.

Backups and restore

In Settings, save changes and choose a readable or password-protected backup. Confirm that the file actually saved to your chosen destination. Keep protected backup passwords separately; the app cannot recover them. Older readable backups contain private entries in plain text.

Use Restore your journey on welcome, or the restore controls in Settings. Restore replaces the active journey only after you review and confirm the import. Do not overwrite your only recoverable copy when storage reports an error.

Reminders

Reminders are optional local notifications. Check the app’s enable setting, your selected times and time zone, and iPhone notification permissions and Focus settings. Web Preview cannot prove delivery on a real iPhone.

Scripture links

NIV passages open outside the app. External reading needs an internet connection and is governed by the Bible service’s terms and privacy practices. If a link fails, search the displayed reference in your own NIV Bible. The app’s study notes are original, fallible aids, not Bible quotations.

Privacy questions

Email privacy@75surrender.com and read the draft privacy policy, which is awaiting owner approval. Email services process messages you choose to send under their own practices.
